Refunds & Exchanges

Daisie Chain Floral Design prides itself on its excellent customer satisfaction and we want you to be delighted with the product you receive. If you have any complaints with the product you have received, then please notify us within 48 hours. Refunds and replacements may occasionally be given at the discretion of the management. Because of the perishable nature of our products you are advised to make any complaint within 48 hours of delivery.  We always endeavour to reach an agreement with the recipient for either a replacement or a refund depending upon the nature of the complaint.

Delivery

All of our deliveries are made from our floristry studio in Plymouth Devon. 

We will do our very best to accommodate a change of address wherever possible but correct addresses, postcodes and telephone numbers are essential with all orders to ensure a prompt delivery with no errors.

Deliveries can be made Monday – Saturday. We do not usually make Sunday deliveries unless it is for a wedding or has been pre arranged. 

Weddings will be delivered at a time to suit you, we will offer multiple deliveries to ensure that your special days runs smoothly. 

Funeral orders will be delivered at least two hours before the funeral time, to the funeral directors. Once the flowers are signed into the Funeral Directors, no responsibility is accepted by the florist for missing/ damaged flowers or missing cards.

Deliveries will be made between 10am and 6pm we can not offer timed deliveries slots but do our best to accommodate an Am or Pm request.

We will always do our very best to help with same day delivery, although this cannot be guaranteed and at least 24 hours notice should be given. 

During peak periods, such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas, deliveries will be made between 8am and 8pm.

When a delivery is to be made to a recipients work address, a note of their working hours should be given and we will do our best to deliver during these hours. 

When a recipient is not at home, deliveries may be left with a neighbour or in a secure area. A card will be left through the door to inform the recipient of this.

If neither is possible, then the item will be returned to our studio, where the recipient must contact us  and arrange re-delivery or collection.

We have a standard Delivery Charge of £5.00 for all local deliveries. Some areas may incur a greater delivery fee. We deliver within a 6 mile radius of our studio, we reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if it is outside of the radius.
